Order & Payment
What currency are prices in?
All prices on thegodnews.com are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD).
Why was my payment declined?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. If a card payment fails, double-check your card number, expiration date, cardholder name, CVV, and billing address, and make sure you haven't reached your limit. Still stuck? Try another method or email support@thegodnews.com with the error message.
I didn't receive a confirmation email — what should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first, as you may have mistyped your email. If you have an account, log in to view your orders. Still can't find it? Email support@thegodnews.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because items are made on demand, changes or cancellations are only possible before production starts. Email support@thegodnews.com within 12 hours of ordering.
What payment methods do you accept?

How do I use a coupon code?
At checkout, enter your code (e.g., FAITH10) in the discount box and click Apply. Notes: enter it exactly with no extra spaces (copy/paste is safest); only one coupon per order; some items may be excluded.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We ship worldwide (a few remote islands may be excluded). Not sure? Email support@thegodnews.com.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
- Processing: 3–5 business days (made on demand)
- Shipping — USA: 7–15 business days
- Shipping — Rest of the world: 15–20 business days
Estimated from the ship date and may take longer due to an invalid address, customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays.
How much is shipping?
Free standard shipping on orders over $149. Orders under $149 have a rate calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and items.
Do I pay customs or duties?
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility. They may be collected upon delivery.
How do I track my order?
We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate.
Returns & Exchanges
Not 100% satisfied? We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.
How to return an item
- Email support@thegodnews.com with your order number, item(s), and reason.
- Once we send instructions, package the item(s) in their original packaging.
- Drop off your package at your local post office.
- Most returns are processed within 5 business days of us receiving them. You'll get a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
Return conditions
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags and original packaging.
- Final-sale / limited-promotion items and free gifts cannot be returned.
- Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item was defective or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Email us for the correct return address — do not send returns to the address on your package.
What's the status of my refund?
We issue approved refunds to your original payment method within a few business days. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post it — this timing is set by your bank, not us.
