Returns & Exchanges

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with your order. We gladly accept returns of most items in new, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email our Customer Service at support@thegodnews.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason.
  2. After you receive return instructions from us, package the item(s) in their original packaging.
  3. Drop off your package at your local post office.
  4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you'll receive a confirmation email.

Return Conditions

  • You have 30 days from delivery to decide if an item is right for you. To return or exchange, contact us within this window.
  • Returned items must be in unused, unworn condition with the original packaging. We do not accept items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • The following cannot be returned or exchanged: final-sale items, limited-time promotion items, free gifts, and any item marked non-returnable.
  • We do not accept items sent back without a proper return request.
  • We do not offer Freight-To-Collect (FTC) service — return shipping is at your own cost (unless the item was defective or incorrect). Shipping cost depends on your chosen method.
  • Please double-check your returns before shipping. We are not responsible for products returned that are not from our website.

Note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Address

Please contact our Customer Service at support@thegodnews.com to receive the correct return address — we'll respond as soon as possible.

Important: Do not send your return to the address printed on your package. That is not our return address and will delay the processing of your return.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item? Email us within 30 days with a photo and your order number — we'll make it right at no cost to you.

What's the Status of My Refund?

We issue approved refunds to your original payment method within a few business days of processing your return. Your bank or card provider may then take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund to your account. This timing is set by your bank, not us — please contact them for details if needed.

Shipping Cost & Fees

  • Return shipping is at the customer's cost (we do not offer FTC). We recommend the cheapest registered/tracked method available.
  • We do not charge any relisting fees.
